I tried reseting it by holding the sleep/home buttons and it didn't work. i've been researching what to do and i found something called recovery mode which i think requires you to restore your iphone. will that delete everything?? like my pics and stuff? or just my music? and is this the only way to do restart my iphone? it is stuck on the enter passcode screen
Possible solutions:
1. If you are near a computer, you can plug it into iTunes. This usually will solve the problem. If not, either take it to your cell service provider or apple store, or just let the battery die down.
2. You need to hold the sleep and middle button for 8 secs. or just hold it down until something new happens
