ReplyDeletei don't (will not) have access to paper 52 (mechanics 2) or 72 (statistics 2).
ReplyDeletepaper 32 was medium..only the last 2 questions required some calculations..

ReplyDeleteno8 (ii) is wrong for the integration of 4/(2x+1)..it's 2ln(2x+1)..2ln((2x+1)/x) is not correct..
ReplyDeleteyes Dhiran the integration of 4/(2x+1) is 2ln(2x+1).. but 2 ln(2x+1)-2 ln x = 2 ln((2x+1)/x).. i skipped a step in working with the properties of logarithms... but the answer and working is correct

ReplyDeleteMay you please upload the worked solutions for Paper 5 M2 as the majority who gave paper 4 in AS will proceed with paper 5 in A2. Even if you have no students having paper 5, others do.
