Invalid traffic is in the most of the cases generated from Twitter, FaceBook, or YouTube.
So in case that at the end of the month you will see the next situation on your adsense account that might be because of the traffic generated from social networks or from click networks which google consider them invalid!
What I suggest is to monitor your traffic in stats/server logs and see where the traffic may be coming from.
Other solution might be to change the ads place, increase the space between text/img and ads to min 150 px.
