If your computer is into a circle of rebooting after you start windows update than wait for the next restart and press F8.
It will show you a new screen where you can select System Restore.
Try to restore your computer on a date before the update!
If you don't have any restore point that the only options will be to re-install Window or to go in Safe Mode and then into normal mode hoping this will close the circle..
